Tonight was the breakout night where the leaders all blasted past everyone else. Three of the last week's top four contestants in the front all received 10's. I'm a little nervous for Ty and Chuck now, and although I like both of them, if the four in the front progress the way they are, then the rest of the pack will slowly be eliminated.

This week introduces new dances in hopes that they will reinvigorate the competition and take people out of their comfort zones. The double elimination is looming and the contestants tried their best to be safe. We start the night with another trip on the stairs with Karina, and that isn't the only thing that proves this show is live. Len accidentally uses the term "Jitterbug" instead of "Lindy Hop," but quickly recovers. Also, throughout the whole show, Samantha goes through puberty. More analysis after the break.

Aeon Flux is an avant garde American science fiction animated television series that aired on MTV. It premiered in 1991 on MTV's Liquid Television experimental animation show as a six-part serial of short films, followed in 1992 by five individual short episodes. In 1995 a season of ten half-hour episodes aired as a stand-alone series.
Æon Flux was created by Korean American animator Peter Chung (also the man behind Phantom 2040, which used the same animation style as Aeon Flux). A live action motion picture loosely based upon the series and starring Charlize Theron was released in late 2005.

Four investigators come to “the Mount Everest of haunted houses” in order to solve its mysteries, even though the last attempt meant death for almost all of them. This is a similar plot to The Haunting (1963), which is far more critically acclaimed, but I much prefer Hell House, perhaps because I saw it in the cinema. The two titles are easily confused - Shirley Jackson’s book, The Haunting of Hill House, was shortened to the movie title The Haunting, while Richard Matheson’s novel Hell House had its title lengthened to The Legend of Hell House for the movie adaption. Are we clear?

The Legend of Hell House also beat The Exorcist into the cinema by six months in the US, they both have possessions, bad language and demons with sexual motivations. Hell House is far tamer, however and it’s structure is closer to Spielberg’s Poltergeist, while being far more serious in tone. There’s no comic relief in this old dark house…

Monsters vs. Aliens is a 2009 computer-animated 3-D feature film from DreamWorks Animation and Paramount Pictures. This is the first computer animated movie which will be produced in real 3-D instead of converting the film into 3-D after it is finished, which added $15 million extra to the film's budget.

The film was scheduled for a May 2009 release, but it was moved to March 27, 2009, so as to prevent competition with James Cameron's upcoming Avatar, which has since moved its release to December 2009. Monsters vs. Aliens stars the voices of Reese Witherspoon, Paul Rudd, Hugh Laurie, Seth Rogen, Will Arnett, Rainn Wilson, Stephen Colbert and Kiefer Sutherland.

This is Seth Rogen's second DreamWorks Animation film, the first being Kung Fu Panda.

Since its publication, Bleach has spawned a substantial media franchise. The manga has been adapted into an animated television series produced by Studio Pierrot which is still ongoing in Japan as it adapts the story from the manga. The series has also spawned two original video animations (OVAs), three animated feature films, seven rock musicals, and numerous video games, as well as prompted the release of many types of Bleach-related merchandise.
Viz Media licensed the manga for English-language publication in the United States and Canada and has released 25 volumes as of December 2008. Star Trek Nemesis (2002) is the tenth feature film based on the Star Trek television series. It is the fourth and last film to star the cast from The Next Generation. It was also marketed with the tagline: "A generation's final journey begins". The film was directed by Stuart Baird, from a script by John Logan, with music composed by Jerry Goldsmith.The film opens with a major political assassination — what appears to be the elimination of the leadership of the Romulan government.As the crew of the USS Enterprise prepares to bid farewell to longtime first officer William T. Riker (Jonathan Frakes) and Counselor Deanna Troi (Marina Sirtis), who are soon to be married on Betazed, an away team discovers the remnants of an android resembling Lieutenant Commander Data (Brent Spiner) on a planet close to the Romulan Neutral Zone called Kolarus III. When the android is reassembled, it reveals its name as B-4, a predecessor to Data.The ship is then ordered by Vice Admiral Kathryn Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) to conduct a diplomatic mission to the Romulan Star Empire, which has undergone a military coup and is now controlled by a mysterious young Reman named Praetor Shinzon (Tom Hardy). This is a surprising development, given that Remans are considered something of a "sub-race" to the Romulans, who generally use them as slave labor.Upon their arrival at Romulus, the crew learns the new leader is a clone of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. While he claims to want peace, he also unveils his newest ship, a heavily armed warship named Scimitar.Shinzon's plan soon becomes apparent. Picard has been lured to Romulus to be kidnapped so that a dying Shinzon can receive a genetic transfusion from the source of his DNA. His Scimitar has been designed to destroy Earth using a thalaron weapon and establish himself as the leader of a renewed Romulan Empire. Picard is rescued, with the Enterprise racing back to the Federation with the Scimitar in pursuit.With the assistance of two Romulan war birds whose captains and crews now oppose Shinzon, a space battle ensues in which the war birds are severely damaged and forced to back off. The damaged Enterprise is eventually forced to ram the Scimitar to disable it from continuing on to Earth. Shinzon then activates the Scimitar's super weapon, bent on taking the Enterprise down with him. Picard boards the Scimitar to stop the weapon and ends up fighting Shinzon. The fight ends with Picard victorious, but unable to deactivate the weapon. Picard kills Shinzon by impaling him through the abdomen with a piece of rebar, which the murderously determined Shinzon then forces into his own body to get close enough to choke Picard.Data arrives to save the day and has the captain beamed back to the Enterprise before ultimately sacrificing himself to shut down the weapon and destroy the ship.While the severely damaged Enterprise is repaired in a space dock, Picard bids farewell to newly promoted Captain Riker who is off to command the USS Titan. Picard then meets with B-4, whereupon he learns that, much like when Spock's katra had been planted in Leonard McCoy's mind at the end of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Data had copied the seeds of his neural net into B-4's positronic matrix not long before his death, giving hope that B-4 may one day have the same capacity for growth that Data enjoyed and keeping Dr. Soong's legacy alive.Watch Star Trek Nemesis

South Park Season 13 Episode 2 – The Coon

"The Coon" is the second episode of the thirteenth season of the animated television series South Park. It first aired on March 18, 2009. This episode is a parody of several comics which have vigilantes as protagonists such as: The Dark Knight, Spider-Man 3, The Spirit, Watchmen, and other movies based on comic book superheroes by DC Comics or Marvel Comics.Cartman becomes a lone vigilante who wipes out crime in South Park. Though Cartman tries to bring talk about The Coon to South Park through word of mouth, nobody seems to care about The Coon's efforts. When he reports crimes to the Police Station, he is threatened to be thrown in jail and snubbed off. During class, Cartman tries to hype up an appearance from The Coon, saying he will be on top of a Walgreens. Cartman as The Coon shows up to the spot to find another superhero (who appears to be a child) that tries and succeeds in taking the Coon's place as the crime stopping icon. The other superhero's name is Mysterion. He actually is appreciated by the citizens and the police, angering Cartman. Butters makes a supervillian appearance as his former alter ego Professo Chaos, with his sidekick General Disarray. A running joke in the episode is the fact that Cartman can't be Mysterion because he's too fat. In return, The Coon's identity is mistaken for Bruce Villanch to South Park residents and not Cartman himself. At the end of the episode, Mysterion unmasks himself. However, it is unknown to the viewer who he really is due to the similar faces that the children of South Park share. All that is known is that Mysterion is a student in Mr. Garrison's fourth grade class and Cartman correctly guessed who he was earlier in the episode and that he cannot be Kyle Broflovski, who was seen in Mysterion's presence. That leaves the remaining characters as possible Mysterion suspects: Stan Marsh, Kenny McCormick, Tweek Tweak, Clyde Donovan, and Craig Tucker, all of whom Cartman guessed on the rooftop of Walgreens. Wendy Testaburger mentioned that Mysterion might be a girl, which leaves a possibility for Wendy to be Mysterion. Even though we are left guessing who Mysterion is, The Coon is officially the primary superhero of South Park at the end of the episode, while Mysterion sits in jail for being a vigilante.
