This new series is about the unlikely partnership of a con artist (Matthew Bomer) and an FBI agent (Tim DeKay) who have been playing cat and mouse for years. When criminal mastermind Neal Caffrey is finally caught by his nemesis, escapes from prison, and is then caught again, he strikes a deal: He'll provide his cunning criminal expertise to assist the Feds in catching other notorious and elusive crooks.
